(0) Download this addon at your "MyPage" on this catalogue.
(1) Open /allpost-contactform/addon_receiving_notice_conf.php. YOU HAVE TO EDIT ONLY /allpost-contactform/addon_receiving_notice_conf.php.
(2) Edit /allpost-contactform/addon_receiving_notice_conf.php.
(3) Upload all files in /allpost-contactform/ to /wp-content/plugins/ in your server.
