Major changes to the specifications. There are three main changes:
(1) You can now decide whether or not to leave attachments on the server on the Admin-Window.
(2) Descriptions have been added to the default CSS settings so that you can easily change the design of the Confirmation Window and Submission Window using CSS.
(3) Changed uninstall.php. Changed to "Complete uninstall".
