Rank: The rank in the total number of checked access (the log you copied and pasted). Sorting them by the clicked amount.
Count: Access Count. The number of times that the same URL was clicked.

If you set the "Query_String" in your Apache Access Log, your Apache Access Log outputs the column of it like this:
If you choose the "Do NOT use Inside Filtering", this tool displays the content of the "Query_String" in a result.
If you choose the "Use Inside Filtering", this tool DOESN'T display the content of the "Query_String" in a result.
