OVERVIEW
RainbowLink Inc.'s internal program generates a reading file in mp3 format from the text by using voice data of "Open Jtalk", developed by Nagoya University.
It is the same amount up to 30,000 Japanese characters.
No external programs are used to create a reading file.

The reason why RainbowLink Inc. selected "Open Jtalk" for voice data is it can be used for commercial purposes. Since it can be used for commercial purposes, customers can freely use the audio files generated by this tool for voice responses such as telephone calls, narration for videos and slides, reading parts for presentations and lectures, audio books, applications, etc.
With this tool, you can convert sentences up to 30,000 characters into one mp3 file, but the audio is not smooth in some areas.

How to use this tool

Since the password and URL of the dedicated site for receiving text files and delivering mp3 files are displayed under the name of this tool in the "cart" section, connect to the dedicated site for receiving text files and delivering mp3 files and enter the password after displaing the screen dedicated to this service ( the page named "保護中:ご投稿ください。", it means "Password-Protected: Please post").
(4) Copy and paste the title of the text file you want to read aloud into the "記事のタイトル ( means: "Title of the Text" ) field and the "Text" into the "投稿内容" ( means "Content") field, then click the "投稿を送信" ( means "Send the Post" ) button. Please select "RL38User" as the "投稿カテゴリ" ( means "post category"), then, we will send you an e-mail with instructions on "Receipt + Delivery" in English ). The uploaded content will not be displayed on the dedicated site for receiving text files and delivering mp3 files.

(7) Please receive an email with the subject line "Notice of Receipt" that we will send you. In the email, there is a column that says "We delivered". Here you will find the mp3 file download URL and password.
(8) Use the URL and password in (7) to receive the mp3 file.
(9) mp3 files are automatically deleted on the 15th of the following month. It will be deleted after a maximum of 31 days and a minimum of 15 days.
About delivery date
It will take a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 24 hours from the date of payment until the email with the subject line "Notice of Receipt" is sent.
