The 'user rank' depends on what element the author of the ranking program has set to the high rating element (algorithm). On a certain prominent reputation site, it is the most important high evaluation factor that the user ( the twitter account holder ) interact with its followers ( which is the result of our investigation ).
In this algorithm, there are 2 disadvantages. One is that if the user is one of a twitter-group which runs secretly, the user can create a fake exchanges. The other is that personal accounts rank unreasonably higher than companies' accounts.
