I'd like to save contents of received mails one by one into Mysql database. What should I do?

We will introduce 2 methods.

The 1st method is to save it in the database of the WordPress site where "All Post Contact Form" is installed. A WordPress site administrator can view and manage emails received with "All Post Contact Form" from the management screen of his/her WordPress site where "All Post Contact Form" is installed. (2023/Jan/11 postscript)

The 2nd method is to store it in a database separate from the WordPress database. A WordPress site administrator cannot view or manage emails received with "All Post Contact Form" from the management screen of his/her WordPress site where "All Post Contact Form" is installed. However, for security reasons, we recommend this 2nd method. (This is the method we recommend at the time of writing this article)

The 1st method

Please use the plug-in WP Easy Email. This plugin isn't an official WordPress plugin, but this supports both of pop3 and imap.

The 2nd method (recommended)

Please use a web mail system that uses Mysql on the mail server side of the receiving mail address. For example, "NOCC", "horde", "squirrelmail".

If the webmail system using Mysql, in addition to the management screen that comes with the system, can also be accessed from database management tools such as phpmyadmin, by using which you can export them as a CSV file, and/or storage and backup them.
